Why do I have a mini timeline above my main video timeline, as shown in this image? (circled in red). I have to drag the playhead along the top timeline in order to move along the main timeline. I did not experience this until a few months ago. I installed the latest software update, but the problem persists. Because of this I can't fade into and out of a clip because there is no way to drag the "handles." I welcome any advice you can provide. Thank you.
