Splitting a single track of multiple voices into multiple tracks

So I have an audio track that has multiple voices with inconsistent volumes and mic quality (one is too quiet, one is too loud), and i want these voices to be equal in volume so I figured the best way to do that is by splitting the combined audio track into 3 tracks (one per each voice), any advice on what to do?
