Hey, Im only a month or so into Resolve and Fusion, had a little bit of a dabble within Houdini. Other than that Im pretty new to the creative scene. I'm having a bit of issue referencing nodes within an expression within Resolves Fusion. I've created a mini solar system with orbits and i'm trying to scale the system procedurally using the suns 'scale' as the driver. The issue I'm having is fusion isn't finding my connected nodes when I try to call them within an expression, can anyone give an example of calling a node within an expression, the 'promote' and 'connect to' process works but I cant refine it enough for what I need.
Planets are inside individual Groups
Sun is not grouped
So im trying to call a node thats outside the group within the expression but my pipeline turns red due to not being able to find the node i'm referencing.
