Hi My Name is Steve this my first Opening Resolve

I can't get resolve to open on my laptop I have tried multiple times with no result
Error message is Procedure Entry Point Create Program with IL not located in dynamic link library
Then C:\Program Files\Black Magic Design\ DaVinci Resolve\ ProResRaw.dll
my comp: 12gb Ram i7-7500cpu 2.70 ghz graphics card nvidia geforce 940mx 2gb graphics 620 128mgb

I have this program on another laptop and it works well

any help would be appreciated
