Need help and understanding please (Must say I'm still a novice with DaVinci Resolve)
The clip duration in the render page shows RED - why?
When rendering seems to come out good.
Still using Resolve 17

I believe that means DVR just hasn't rendered those clips yet, which it will do in full when you export it. If you checked those same clips in your edit page I think you'll see a red line over them which is also indicating that DVR has not rendered them yet.
 
No prob, glad everything's working fine. If you want a little more background info: in the Advanced Settings dropdown on the Deliver Page there's a setting called "use render cached images", if that isn't selected, then DR will render everything from scratch when exporting, even if the footage is already rendered in your timeline on the Edit Page. I think that's why your clips are red in the deliver page but not in the edit page. Btw for best results I always heard to leave the "use render cached images" option unchecked to let DR render everything from scratch in the export.
