New DVR user. As I mentioned in my intro post, a few hours ago, I've been using OpenShot, but want to start using DVR as OS doesn't support .crm files from my Canon C200.
I'm able to load/edit .crm files, but not .MP4 files, just a blank black box. I did read about the possible problems with .MP4 files in DVR, but those don't seem to apply (i.e., the files are not H.265).
I can load/edit the .MP4 files, fine, with OpenShot.
My computer system is Linux 22.3, Graphics card is 'NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti/Pcie/SSe2'
DVR is version 21.1
I'm attaching a .zip file of a sample .MP4 file, also 3 screen shots 'A' and 'B' are from OpenShot showing video parameters, 'C' is from DVR.
