AMD RX 7800 XT

I cannot find a current list of hardware requirements for DVR 20.

When I try to open DVR 20, I get an unsupported GPU error message and sent to a configuration utility. It correctly says I have an AMD RX 7800 XT GPU but says it has -0.0Gb of memory; it has 16.0Gb of GDDR6.

I have used this card in earlier incarnations of DVR without an issue.

Any thoughts about how to get DVR to use this card again?

Thanks, in advance.

I got a response on Blackmagic's forum; here's what fixed my system in case anyone else is having the same issue.

I d/l'd the latest drivers from the AMD site.

Then, I d/l'd the latest version of Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and installed it. I can't link to the d/l - search it.

Then I re-booted my machine in Safe Mode - DDU needs to be in Safe Mode - and ran it. That took our all AMD, Nvidia and Intel drivers that might be lurking on the system.

I re-booted my system into normal mode, installed the AMD drivers and re-booted - DVR loaded as it should.
