Plugins for Cartoon and Pastel and/or Brush Fx

Hi,
Are there plugins (=no special set up or use of fusion) for things like
  • Cartoon - make video look like cartoon-ish
  • Pastel - make video like soft faded colors
  • Brush Strokes - make video look like brush painted
