I am very new to graphics programs in fact all that I have ever used was MS Paint from Windows. I wanted an animation of an old flip style clock and I found this tutorial video. It works great! However for what I want to do I need to be able to change the number of frames between transitions. I need 60 frames between the 01 and 02 key frames. I could not figure out how to do that with the template supplied with the video. Is it possible? The original poster no longer gives advice.
